Solstice Apartments

I’ve been a tenant at Solstice for 9 years and I can be the one to tell you this is a community you’ll want to stay at if you make this your new home. It’s one of the only communities in the area that provides great communication in response to anything that may happen. I’m moving out the area and I’m glad to say that this apartment has been great. I’m the only tenant that has lived in my unit so I’ve been here just about as long as the property has been built. The company has maintained great management and maintenance staff. If your in the Fairburn Area you’ll certainly want to make Solstice your place of residence

Solstice Apartments is a very amazing property. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted properly and immediately felt at home. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the tour was smooth. I want to specifically shout out Jessie, Chelsey, and Shante for being extremely helpful, professional, and patient throughout the process. The application process was easy and straightforward, and they were always willing to answer any questions I had. Overall, it’s been an all around great experience from the beginning, and I’m really looking forward to being a resident here.

Ravyn has standing customer service. She very professional when we completed the tour have great energy and seal the deal. When we viewed the apartment her bed was king wants a bigger so the apex unit will be perfect, she wants to apply in the office.

My husband and I recently relocated to Georgia. We were pressed for time and needed to get into an apartment, move our stuff before he had to go back to work. At first, we went to a complex up the road and wasted 5 days trying to get approval, when we provided all the necessary paperwork promptly. Becoming frustrated, we made an appointment to view the Solstice. We liked the apartment and went online to apply. After having issues with the online application, Chelsey, the property manager literally sat down with us and went through the application, getting us approved! She understood our urgency, and went out of her way to take care of us! Even getting the apartment ready a day earlier! We’ve been on the apartment for about a week with no complaints. Looking forward to living here.

Living in this community for nearly 5 years has been an absolute pleasure thanks to Shantae. She is professional, attentive, and always goes the extra mile to ensure residents feel comfortable and supported. Keeping the property in top shape or simply greeting us with a warm smile. Her communication is clear and timely, and she handles every situation with grace and efficiency. It's rare to find someone so committed to creating a positive living experience, and I feel genuinely lucky to have her managing our complex. Thank you, Shantae, for everything you do!
