⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I just want to give a huge shoutout to Ray and Q from maintenance! 🙌🏽 They did such an amazing job today — they fixed my dishwasher, microwave, fan, sink, and even checked and fixed my HVAC system! 🧰💪🏽 On top of that, they cleaned my carpet and made sure everything was working perfectly before they left. 🧼✨ I’m so grateful for their hard work, professionalism, and great attitude. 🙏🏽 You can really tell they care about doing a good job and helping residents feel comfortable in their homes. 🏡💖 Thank you both so much!! 🌟👏🏽🙌🏽💯

Maintenance team VaLaun and Ray. Hard working guys even will help you and little things such as answering general questions. They are friendly and genuine and I'm glad to have them. Also to Chen'ne and Monica Great customer service and I really appreciate all your help during my accident. Thank you all so much!

The moving in process was great. The team was extremely nice, helpful, and made sure I understood everything and left with no questions. I’ve lived here for 6 months and I’ve notice that it’s hard to get a hold of the office. They never 85% of the time they answer the phone when you call. They do not I mean DO NOT stay at the office until 6:00 pm which is on THEIR door that shows their office hour. The trash stays overfilled, not to mention there is $115 lifestyle fee and my valet trash has been missed multiple times. The dog stations overfill with dog poop until they decide to clean the area.

Great layout of apartments on the property, looks to be great upkeep as well. Thank you Monica for taking time out of your day for a guided tour. Fantastic presentation and overview of floor plans I was interested in seeing.

I have had the best experience with the LeasingTeam. Chene has the best customer service ever!! She was so very helpful and reassuring throughout the process. Kudos to her and the “Team!”
