Allora Creekbend

I can’t say enough good things about Allora Creekbend, and a huge reason for that is the team, especially Nadine, the Property Manager, and Ebonie, the Assistant Manager. Nadine consistently goes above and beyond what you’d expect from a property manager. She is kind, empathetic, responsive, and genuinely focused on solving problems, not deflecting them. A little while after I first moved in, I ran into an issue accessing a promised $1,000 gift card. Nadine took full ownership of the situation, personally contacted the company’s support team, kept me updated without me having to follow up, and made sure it was resolved. Shortly after, I received the full $1,000 as promised. That level of follow-through and communication gave me real peace of mind and showed me I was in good hands. Based

I had such a great experience touring this community last week with the Assistant manager Ebonie. The entire staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and made me feel so welcome from the moment I arrived. Ebonie took the time to answer all my questions, explain the application process, and show me all the amazing amenities. I got the chance to meet the leasing agent Shayla who was very informative about the property as well. The property was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had a really nice atmosphere. You can tell the staff truly cares about their residents and takes pride in the community. I left the tour feeling confident and excited about making this my new home!

I’ve had such a great experience living at these apartments! The community is clean, quiet, and well-maintained. The management team Nadine, Ebonie & Shayla are friendly, professional, and always quick to respond to any maintenance requests or questions. The amenities are top-notch from the fitness center and pool to the secure parking and beautiful common areas. I always feel safe here. Definitely one of the best places I’ve lived. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to call home. Thanks Allora Team

Pros: - Units can be nice but not ‘luxury’ as advertised. - Everything is great until after you sign your lease. - Publix across the street and chipotle next door Cons: - Property management is quite horrible unfortunately. Issues are often ignored or ever addressed. - Too many backend service/utility costs like charging monthly parking for non-gated community. Or trash valet that can’t be opted out of. - Lack of proper security on site - Buildings are new but build quality is cheap. Units are eco chambers. - Pricing is too high for what you’re getting. - Garbage often left outside

Let me start by saying the assist Manger Eboni is wonderful… Shayla and Alejandra amazing… Nadine the Property manager… HORRIBLE!! She is a person who should not be in customer service. This has by far been the worst apartment experience I have ever experienced, just based off of her. I do not recommend these if she continues to be under management.
