Evergreen Park

Ms. Irene who works in the front office was so sweet. She helped me quickly with what I needed and when also had a wonderful conversation. I just moved into my apartment a few days ago and I love it. It has such a homey feel and it’s very quiet here also.

We all know nobody likes the leasing office staff. But Azhiya and markeisha are absolutely amazing! Very helpful and respectful. Easy to communicate with which makes the experience a 10/10!!!

I’m having a great experience living at this apartment complex! One of the highlights has been Ms. Irene she is absolutely wonderful to work with. She's professional, friendly, and always willing to help with any questions or concerns. It's clear that she truly cares about the residents and the community. Thanks again Ms. Irene

Every single time we get new management or leasing agents everything goes for trash. I've had a service request in for the last 3 weeks with no resolve. I've called and emailed and still nothing. Julie said she'd get my complaint to the officer manager, still nothing. I was off work early today so I decided to go to the office and there is a sign saying she's out on the property.... where???? I'm literally walking the complex as I type. I also went up 3 different times. You are not out on this property all day, well maybe she is if she lives here, she maybe asleep. Decided to go to the pool but it's gross. They are also closed tomorrow so i know she isnt coming back today and i know the pool wont be cleaned. Really looks like someone pour dirt at the bottom and walked off. We pay too much

From the very first day of my tenancy, my experience at Evergreen Park has been unacceptable and in direct violation of my right to a habitable residence. Upon move-in, I was forced to wait until after business hours to receive my keys, only to discover that the unit had not been properly cleaned. Far more concerning, the unit was infested with mold. I reported the mold issue immediately, in person, to management. I was assured by both the property manager and maintenance supervisor that they would visit my unit within 20 minutes. They never showed up and failed to follow up thereafter. Despite reporting this repeatedly and giving management over two weeks to correct the issue, nothing meaningful has been done. At most, staff have only taken photographs and provided more false promises. T
