Solberg Real Estate

Chris Solberg helped me to sell my place recently. While Solberg Real Estate is more than just Chris Solberg, he dealt with me 1:1 the whole time and without his knowledge of the real estate industry I would have had a difficult time. He knows what buyers want, he knows the rules and regulations regarding buying and selling a house in Wisconsin, knows what the market will bring, etc. and he was willing and able to communicate these things to me, I never felt like I was left in the dark. If there was a downside to being a client of Chris Solberg's I remember that he seemed to push pretty hard on me to get rid of the clutter in my house and my backyard. It was a shock at the time, but I soon realized that I was going to move out in a few weeks anyway and would have to downsize my possessions
