I had an awesome experience with Ric! Not only was he incredibly thorough, but he also took the time to walk me through everything, patiently answering all my questions and making sure I understood the ins and outs of my new home. His friendly attitude and sense of humor made the whole process enjoyable.

Ric is an amazing inspector that walked my wife and I through our new home showing us every detail in such a short time. He answered all our questions, gave us helpful insights, and was all around a nice person. He definitely knew what he was talking about and we will take his advice to heart when it comes to living with our new home.

Ric was our inspector with our first home purchase and he was great! He went into a LOT of detail and answered all of my questions! He went above and beyond explaining everything to me and my husband since we were first time home buyers! Definitely recommend and would go through him again in a heartbeat!

Ric was easy to schedule, arrived promptly and was very thorough with his inspection. Explained what he saw & showed me key parts to a home that are necessary to know in an emergency. Graded level of importance with the inspection and made sure my questions and concerns were answered. Great personality & great experience. Highly recommend.

*SCAM ALERT* Our inspector didn't inform us of the major leaks in the plumbing and now we're having to spend thousands in repairs and new construction. I wish Ric had been as honest with us on our second inspection, as he was on our first. Don't trust this home inspector, especially if he comes recommended by a real estate agent! Not worth the money or headache...... BEWARE Update: Ric contacted me and now claims that all the damages he "missed" during his inspection must have happened "after" we bought the house...hm, but according to my plumber, who took pictures of the damaged pipes that the damages were pre-existing, old, and any layman with common sense, would have seen that it was leaking anytime you used either the second floor bathrooms, Sink, toilet, or bathtub.
