Streblow Estates

Been living in these apartments for the past 4 to 5 years rent keeps increasing and nothing gets fixed, the lot hasn't been resurfaced the entire time I've lived here, gutters are so dirty that water doesn't make it to down spouts so water pours over the side of the gutters when it rains heavily, wasps are a big problem and have hives on electrical boxes and under the siding of the buildings, there is cracked siding on my building and windows leak all year round so running AC in summer jacks up electric bill and it gets hot in the apartments and the winter it's freezing cold because I can't keep the heat in. When I bring up concerns the issues I bring up just get dismissed by the property manager on site and nothing gets fixed. Do yourself a favor and stay away from these apartments, they

After living here at Streblow estates for about 2 months, I am inclined to change my review to 3 star. Management doesn't care about ongoing issues such as a dishwasher that doesn't clean the dishes. The matted down worn dirty and smelly carpeting that won't come clean. These are just a couple of issues I've personally run into, upon talking to neighbors, they have many different issues that go unresolved. When maintenance does show up, it's with an attitude that your making them work. Let's start with the basics if you want this rating to change. My wife didn't want me to apply this rating, but she isn't the one who washes the dishes by hand..

I've lived here for about a year now and I absolutely love it!!!!!! It's nice and quiet and my neighbors are amazing. I love having a washer and dryer in my apartment and I love having the second bedroom as extra storage as well as having my own bathroom as well as a second one for guests. I can see myself living here for a long time. Thank you!!!!

Nice apartments. Decent size with a nice setup. I wouldn't recommend the upper apartments for people with small children, unless you have a good childproof gate. It is 1 flight of steps inside, from the attached garage or front door, it is a bit steep for small children. Otherwise the apartments are well kept. My friends are happy living there.

Very pleased with our experience at Streblow Estates. If you like quiet, peaceful living in an apartment - Streblow Estates is for you. We appreciated the attached garage and the fact that we could park one of the cars in front of the overhead door. It was great having 2 full baths for getting ready in the morning. We loved the private entrance in the back of our garage for easy access to grass for my dog. It felt very private even though we lived in an apartment community. When we lost our heat during the coldest streak in winter I filled out a maintenance request online. Our property manager Lori Kraus called me within minutes to make sure we were ok and that maintenance had responded. This was after hours and meant a lot to me.
