Solana Lucent Station

This place has been amazing! We just renewed here for another year and we have never renewed at any other apartment. My wife and I are very pleased with the super kind staff & urgency of the maintenance techs. The complex is very well kept and is very clean. I believe Sara is the housekeeper of this place and she truly puts in so much effort. Everyone who works here is awesome and we couldn’t be more happy to call this place home!:)

I thoroughly enjoy living here. The amenities are well-maintained, clean, and always operational. The maintenance team is highly responsive and friendly. Everyone in the leasing office is pleasant to interact with. My leasing agent, Mike Call, provided one of the best leasing experiences I’ve ever had. He’s always friendly and happy to assist.

Living here has been such a wonderful experience from start to finish. The move-in process was incredibly smooth thanks to Jessica and Michael, who were both so helpful, welcoming, and organized. They made what can often be a stressful process feel easy and seamless. One thing that has really stood out is how quickly maintenance requests are handled. Anytime something has come up, the team has responded promptly and resolved it right away, which really shows how much they care about the residents. The community itself is quiet, safe, and very well maintained. The location in Highlands Ranch is excellent and convenient to everything, while still feeling peaceful and comfortable to come home to. Ive been living at Solana since December, and it has been such a pleasure. The amenities are always kept clean and proper and ready for use. The leasing team is great and always willing to help. The maintenance staff is prompt, clean, and professional. Daniel and Jordan with maintenance recently came for a work request, and they finished quickly and did an excellent job. I look forward to my future here.

I love this apartment complex. Hands-down, it has been one of the best since I’ve been here. The office staff are amazing, easy to talk to, and very understanding, and the maintenance team is on top of it every time. They are super quick and very respectful. Overall, it has been such a great experience so far.
