Creekside at Highlands Ranch Apartments

While the apartments themselves are well-built and the property is visually nice, my experience dealing with the management office at Creekside at Highlands Ranch has been extremely frustrating. When I moved out and submitted my required notice, it took over a month just to receive an acknowledgement from the property manager. During that time, I called three to four times, getting voicemail each time, emailed twice, and ultimately had a hand-delivered affidavit and written notice delivered to the office, with a member of their staff signing to verify receipt. Only after all of that did I finally receive a response. We’ve been living at Creekside Way Apartments for about 14 months now. Overall, we’ve had a good experience and I want to highlight some positives. Jess is absolutely wonderful — every time we need something, she goes above and beyond to help. The maintenance team is also great, very nice and responsive, which really matters because the apartments are older and things sometimes break. They always show up quickly and do their best to fix issues. During our time here, the office staff has changed many times. Ariel is very professional every time,too. 5 stars because of people like Jess and the great maintenance crew who truly care!

Jess Lambert was amazing from the beginning! After I learned that the property was a Greystone property I was hesitant, as I was coming from another Greystone property that I wasn’t pleased with. However, Jess was so patient,helpful, kind, knowledgeable of the property and just a joy to work with. We have been here about 3 months now, the maintenance team has been great too and I am glad I chose to make Creekside home.

Creekside in Highlands Ranch is pure luxury! The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, making you feel at home instantly. Love the state-of-the-art workout room for staying active, the sparkling pool (it's BIG) and relaxing hot tub—perfect for family fun or evening unwind—and the stylish breakout office space + printer that reminds me of when I was 15 years younger and more ambitious. Now in my mid 40's, I can settle for a book from the Little Free Library, throw a neighborhood squirrel a nut or two & enjoy unboxing that new package from Creekside's Amazon HUB+. 5 Stars! and my standards are H-I-G-H.

Updated 10/5/2025 to 1 Star We had such a fantastic experience working with Jess! She is truly one of the kindest, most hardworking people we’ve ever met. She went above and beyond to help us get into our new apartment—answering all our questions, staying patient through the entire process, and doing everything she could to make it happen. Jess is not only incredibly professional and knowledgeable, but also genuinely sweet and friendly to everyone she interacts with. It’s clear that she cares deeply about the people she helps, and it shows in everything she does. We’re so grateful for all of her hard work. Thank you, Jess! UPDATE- After 2 months of living here, there is a massive parking issue in the facility that isn’t being addressed or acknowledged. Every tenant is supposed to be gu
