Solabella Apartments

Terrible. Went in just to ask a simple question about leasing one of their beautiful 3bedroom apartment. . With a leasing office staff like that I don’t and would not be comfortable there. The Lady with the disform BBL had such a bad attitude. I walked out . I waited patiently for her to finish conversation. Said hello how are you doing . Then walked out . You can’t sit behind a leasing office desk and be rude . Attitude very Ugly. Very bad service very bad experience.

I've lived here since 2012 in a private own unit. My experience has been great. With the exception, of more children now. Just this weekend the police had to closed the pool due to the children of the neighbor gathering at the pool. 🤦🏾‍♀️IT WAS A LOT LOT OF THEM . The new tenants need to follow the parking rules. The gate hasn't been broken in a while because they stop running into it. 🤦🏾‍♀️How do you pay to live in a gated community and run into the gate.

I currently live in this rental community, and to be honest and transparent I am dissatisfied. Most recently my AC was disconnected by the maintenance worker of the complex, and me and my three children were forced to sleep in heat. Although there are ceiling fans, they provided no relief to the Miami heat. After writing an email of my full frustration, and what my family endure while living here, there was no lack of empathy or understanding from Ashley (Property Manager). I was simply told there was a miscommunication, and no apology was delivered for the lack of miscommunication on their part. I recently moved and I must say I won’t miss this place. I’ve lived at Solabella for 8yrs and I must say it has been a drastic change in the last 3yrs. The gate not working a major headache. Being stuck outside for hours or in the street is the main reason it was time for me to relocate. The influx of children playing in front of your door and not near their own residence. No one being held accountable to any of the parking rules nor dumping of large furniture. The dumpster look disgusting when you’re having guest. Paying association fees and never allowed to use the pool due to the negligence of others as well as the gym. New tenants I hope have a better living environment

Moved here 3 years ago before they have included low income properties all together with property owners. They're No security on site,Entrance gate always broken. No amenities, since 3 years gym has had broken equipments until now. Pool always out of service or dirty. They're shootings,crime scenes,loud musics,everything you name it. Currently searching for to move out..the price that I'm paying for rent, I can live in a nice apartment with security and nice amenities. Not ghetto . the only good thing here is that they keep up with the maintaince. That's all
