We recently viewed a rental home through this agency, and while the property itself was nice, our experience with Scott (the agent) was very disappointing. After touring the home, he told us that another person was viewing it later but had not completed their application. He assured us that we were strong candidates and that he felt confident we would get the home. He also stated that he would update us the next morning and send the paperwork to begin the rental process. Based on his assurances, we let go of another rental opportunity. Absolutely terrible. We rented a house from Snap Property Management and it was a terrible experience. I filled out the move in inspection sheet and noted the front door and multiple walls needed to be re painted, some broken lightbulbs, and a few other things. I was assured this would all be fixed. I specifically asked on the tour if the washer and dryer worked well and Scott said yes. Upon move in the washer and dryer were gone. They belonged to the previous tenants and I had to get my own. Scott gaslight me saying of course he never said they would stay and that I was wrong. They also LOST our first month’s rent and blamed it on us when it was actually lost in their office and was “magically” found a week later. As a contractor, we like working with these folks. They treat us like family, always pay us on time and treat their tenants very good. Highly recommend them whether you’re looking for a rental or an owner looking for pm services!

My husband and I rented from Snap Property Management. Overall, not a bad experience. But if you need to speak with them, good luck. We had a hard time getting responses back from them. They most definitely need to work on their communication skills.
