Smartland Breakwater Tower Apartments

While the apartments were nice Alex was nice but completely lied to my face to get my money he told me they would be able to work with my credit(lie) he told me if I did the application for $50 I would be able to get approved and that he would call me the very next morning with news if it’s a yes or no mind you prior to the showing I was able to reach him no problem at any time now that they got my money I can’t seem to reach him or anyone else anyday at anytime lol that’s sick and wrong to do to people when I told u you could’ve just been honest with me it’s now been over 3 weeks no call backs no emails nothing just a waste of my time and $50 beware if your credit isn’t high enough to instantly get approved you’ll more then likely go through similar don’t waste your money unless you know

I applied over a month ago and have not heard anything back. I tried several times to contact them during business hours but never get a response.

I want to give a special thank you to Alex and Valerie Due to the storm in Ohio, my apartment went down and these two great people have put me in Unit Which is beautiful and I can’t be more thankful for them. Both of them are. Great landlords, great management my new apartment building is amazing and secured.
