lisa the branch manager was so rude and didnt help she wouldnt let me take money out of my saving account even tho i have several times and it showed my signiture and they will keep ur money and not give it back. definitely going back to tennessee valley where they actually are nice and help

What kind of a bank, that's only open from 8:30 to 5pm; is closed on both Saturday and Sunday? I literally cannot grab a check cause I will be late for work, if I ever have an issue. I won't be able to get it resolved now without calling out for work. I will be planning to take by business elsewhere, cause you all care more about saving money on labor. Than servicing people in ways that make sense.

New in the area and needed $13 worth of quarters. Was told their policy was that was not possible for non-members. I guess I know which local bank I won’t be opening an account with.

I'm not overly impressed with Smart Bank. Admittedly, they are a "secondary" source as I conduct the vast majority of my business with another larger bank. However, in the times I have tried to utilize Smart Bank it has been difficult. A word of advice to those of you who are account holders at the bank, please be aware of the "FEE SCHEDULE." The bank doesn't seem to believe in extending a courtesy credit. I was under the impression that smaller local and even regional banks had more of a personal touch.

I've been banking with smart bank for 6 years and I have had nothing but good experience from them and the employees are so nice and are very helpful
