I would not recommend buying a home from clayton homes i moved in in May 2025. I have had to call them every month for water coming in through the walls roof is leaking in bathrooms they sprayed flex seal around vent pipes hoping that will fix it still leaking can not enjoy living in my home especially when it rains they just doing band aid fixes i wish I could do it over i would not bought from clayton homes if it leaks here it had to leak on lot brand new home have had mold in kitchen wife is allergic to mold probably got more mode thinking of getting a lawyer involved with issues im going to talk to one Monday
