Dogwood Place Apartments

We were looking for an apartment for our aging parents, and working with the resident manager made all the difference. Jacqueline was smart, professional, and always ready to bring a bit of levity to what can be a stressful process. Renting an apartment these days seems to require more paperwork than a law office, but Jacqueline was easy to reach, answered all of our questions promptly, and made the process almost painless. We look forward to continuing to work with her as our parents move in.

Just like the prior two reviews we were told we were approved paid all the fees and got some documents notarized. We picked out the flooring that went into the unit we were given the move in date for after that we were ghosted. Finally told move ins were on hold and than the property manager was fired. They reached back out to me today to see if I was still interested in moving in. This all happened in July and August. I said I'd like my money back and was so told no refunds because that was for a background screening. This is the most unprofessional leasing situation I've ever dealt with or heard of . Auto responding with a phone number is not needed. It would be nice for the last few reviews to be refunded in full. It's not our fault We were all scammed by a property manager you had to

After living here for 2.5 years. I finally can rate my home and these apartments a 5 🙌🏼🙌🏼 we recently (a few months) have gotten a new property manager (Ms. Brandy) and maintenance. They are absolutely nothing short of amazing! They got the pool up and going this summer. They are ALWAYS in the office or out cleaning up the grounds. They stay on top of anything needed. More importantly they are just kind people that care about everyone that lives here and wants to see every one view this complex as they home... if you are looking for a place to call home. Give them a call! ♥️♥️♥️ thank you for all your hard work and time invested into this property. I am so very grateful and appreciative ♥️♥️🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

Brandy and her maintenance team are awesome! Nick is so friendly and always helpful. Hands down the best management and maintenance staff I’ve ever dealt with. Love living at Dogwood Place. 10/10 recommend to anyone searching for their next home.

DO NOT APPLY HERE!!!!! They took mine and my family’s money for applications, then ghosted us and didn’t finish our documents when they already approved us and said the apartment was ours. Apparently they are having problems with fire hazards and being out of code as well. They’re just scammers and they play with people’s time and livelihood. I wouldn’t have had any place to go if it wasn’t for losing trust in them and finding another place to live in a timely manner. They don’t communicate and they will take your money with nothing in return. DON’T DO IT!!!!
