Reducing my review rating since, as of 2025, management company has forgotten to inform residents of when pest control/maintenance will enter the residence on a few occasions. Also, enters for non emergency maintenance work without informing of entry time beforehand. Problematic and just not the same level of courtesy exercised in 2023 - 2024.

I would give them a 4 but I feel like there's a person that has lived at the Willow Wood Apartment Complex they used to be a staff member that would stay in the front office it would be more beneficial for me as a wheelchair person to have that person in the front office but in general it made me feel more comfortable but still if it wasn't for them doing what they have done for me throughout the four years I have lived in the Willow Wood Apartment Complex I would not be where I am today they definitely work with you if you're upfront and honest with them

I reside at Legacy Mills and the Staff are very nice and professional. I am very pleased with the services provided by Skywater Realty.

I was blessed to find them and the people that are working in the office are very very awesome wonderful nice and met all my expectations 😁😁😁😁😁😁 very happy
