Skyloft Apartments

I had a wonderful experience living at Skyloft Apartments. The building itself is well-maintained, and the location is excellent but what truly made my time there special was the amazing management team. I want to especially thank Tyler and Erin for their kindness, professionalism, and constant support. Every time I had a question or issue, no matter how small, they handled it with patience, care, and a truly professional attitude. It's rare to find such a responsive and genuinely helpful team in property management, and I always felt that I was in good hands with them. I am grateful for everything they’ve done and would absolutely recommend Skyloft to anyone looking for a place to live in the area.

I’ve had a wonderful experience living at Skyloft Apartments in Irvine! The community is clean, well-maintained, and safe. The staff is friendly, responsive, and always ready to help with any questions or concerns. My apartment is spacious, modern, and has all the amenities I need. I especially love the convenient location—close to shopping, restaurants, and major freeways. Overall, Skyloft makes apartment living comfortable and enjoyable. Highly recommend!

I'm so happy I chose Skyloft as my home after living here for 2.5 years now. I want to thank everyone in the leasing office like Hiba, Aaron, Tyler, Jack, and Sawsan for being so helpful and they go above and beyond to assist my needs. Not only the leasing staff, but the maintenance team are also the best. Additionally, this community offers a range of great amenities that my partner and I can enjoy. If we're bored on our days off, we often use the golf simulator, Skyloft bike, and chill by the bar at the rooftop. If you're looking for a modern, luxurious, and spacious home, I recommend Skyloft.

My overall living experience at this property has been mixed and, at times, uncomfortable. I have lived here for a little over two years and remained longer than expected due to the inconvenience of relocating. During my time here, I have received repeated noise complaints without any proof that the noise originated from my apartment. Management has stated they are still trying to identify the source, yet the complaints have continued, which has created ongoing stress. As someone living in a neighborhood that is not predominantly Black, I cannot help but feel singled out at times. While I hope this is not the case, the lack of clarity and verification surrounding these complaints has contributed to that concern. Additionally, several rooftop amenities have remained unrepaired for years,

The staff here go above and beyond — they’re friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. The community is beautifully maintained, and any maintenance requests are handled quickly and professionally. What I love most is the sense of community. The team regularly hosts fun resident events that make it easy to meet neighbors and really feel at home. The location is perfect too close to great restaurants, shopping, and everything you need. Overall, Skyloft isn’t just an apartment; it truly feels like home. I’m so grateful to live in such a beautiful and well-managed community!!
