Really good apartment complex. Quiet neighbors. Great maintenance. They will fix any issues fast. Nice layout. Nice laundry room. Overall, great apartment for the price!

New management and still a horrible place. Heavily outdated, always having plumbing issues and shutting off the water. Sinks are always getting clogged. They had a mice problem, now have a wasp problem and they do nothing about it. Maintenance is always going very fast on their golf carts they almost hit my 1.5 year old while we were walking on the side walk. Maintenance is also young kids making rude or unnecessary comments. They don’t actually repair anything, everything is always just temporary fixes. The driveway is full of pot holes. Managements full of rude snooty people. The pool was closed majority of the summer. People are always going way to fast on the driveway/parking lot, there’s been car accidents with people pulling out. There’s always break ins and vandalism done to the car

This place is absolutely ridiculous. The manager Jalys is beyond and confident to do this job. I came home to my apartment 99° or higher inside of the apartment twice now. Have they fixed my AC? No. They just continue to put Band-Aids on where it works for less than a week before it goes out again. their first incident of negligence led to the death of my beautiful dog. The manager JALYS just laughed. Didn’t apologize or anything.

I have lived here for 4 yrs, the first 3 were good till some company took over, my apt became infested with roaches and I have mold on the ceiling. I asked to be let go of my contract so I can move out and they told me no. I highly recommend NOT moving in here. The water also smells like rotten egg in the morning when I run it. Most times I'm not sure if I will have running water and the electricity in my bathroom flickers when I run my hair dryer.

I lived here for a year the only reason we r leaving is because we got an rv. Great place to stay especially with the roller rink across the street. Office ladies are nice and understanding. Maintenance is good and will come when needed. You can hear your neighbors sometimes. Felt very safe living here.
