Came home from a vacation and went to go into my apartment to discover that the deadbolt had failed and that I could not enter my apartment. I was able to find help by contacting maintenance at the leasing office. A gentleman by the name of Adam was more than happy to stop what he was doing in order to help me get into my apartment. He drilled out the old lock, replaced it with a new one and custom finished the deadbolt strike plate by accurately grinding down the appropriate amount of material until the lock was able to locked with ease. I was quickly able to get into my apartment and to get out of the cold. Adam did a great job and is a valuable part in the 6020 Apartment complex for all maintenance issues.

I was kind of forced to take any apartment I could get with my medical situation, this apartment looks great and is conveniently located but the Cons FAR outweigh the pros. 1) I had not 1 single drawer in my whole apartment. Just cabinets. 2) very little counter space. 3) The ownership group is WEIRD. Regional Manager was literally looking inside of my bedroom window seeing if I was home. 4) They implemented a policy where if no one is working in the office, the mailroom is locked. A lot of times during normal business hours because there’s hardly ever anyone in the office. 5) They seem nice at first, but they are very strange people. Except for 1 person that I dealt with, she was nice. 6) They violated RCW 59.20.134. And I have it in written proof. Steer Clear. I could go on for pa

I think this apt complex will help me get off the lease with my former roommate because my roommate sexually assaulted me in my sleep here in my home and then took off to Texas, leaving all his stuff here behind when I called the police on him.
