Sixteen50 at Lake Ray Hubbard Apartments

I have lived here for almost 3 years and have never had any problems! Grounds are kept clean and maintenance men are friendly and always on top everything! Pool and gym are very nice and I have used them quite often with no problems! Me and my fiancé have loved living here with our dogs and would highly recommend!!! Also the front office is very sweet and have always been on top of things anytime I have any questions or concerns!

Had a great experience living at Sixteen50 at Lake Ray Hubbard. The staff was always friendly, and maintenance was always on top of repairs. The apartments are spacious and have the added benefit of an attached garage. If you have doggos, this is the place for you. So many grassy areas and a large pond to walk around while greeting the neighborhood ducks. Highly recommend.

We've lived here just over four months and have been very pleased. The property has everything we need: a gym, good walking trails, a pond, and the apartment layout is great. We have plenty of room and a nice balcony. The property is well maintained, kept clean, and everyone we meet is friendly. Highly recommend.

Let me start off by saying this is a lovely community. They have great amenities. The area is pretty close to most things. There’s a dog park and the amazing ladies in the office will always take care of any of your needs. Can’t forget the maintenance crew. There are always punctual with most needs. You got lovely Denise who’s usually the first one you see when you walk in then you got wonderful Tonya who can also help you with whatever you need & more. Last but not least we got the amazing Trish who’s always more than happy to welcome a new resident to the community.

We have been here about a year and love it. Management is prompt to reply to any maintenance concerns and is always kind. Apartments are not brand-new, but they are well-maintained and great layout. Definitely will renew for next year.
