We LOVE our new Shaddock home. A huge thanks to Suzanne and Ty for making this process fun!! Suzanne was a joy to work with, she was so patient and gave great advice while we picked out our lot and floor plan. Ty was an expert on the build process and gave us confidence throughout the build. Both were always available for any questions and kept us informed. My husband and I now consider them friends. If you are looking for a well built home in a nice, quiet neighborhood, we highly recommend this team!!

We had an excellent experience with Shaddock Builders. Suzanne was amazing during the sales process. We were not local at the time we were looking, and she sent us every document, brochure, and pamphlet we needed to help our decision process. She always greeted us with a smile and sent us updates. Our construction manager, Ty, was amazing as well. We were very involved in the building process (to the point that we felt we were super annoying), but he never made us feel like a bother. He listened and made sure everything was perfect for us. We are so happy with our new home and would 100% build with Shaddock again.

I have bought and built several houses throughout the years and this has been, bar-none, the smoothest and timeliest delivery of a new build we have ever experienced. Suzanne is unrelenting in her above and beyond communication and dedication to making the process straightforward and enjoyable! I’ll echo the exact same sentiment for Ty who has been on top of everything as our new build was being constructed. He delivered to us a house that is beautiful which we will enjoy for years to come!
