Highland Homes Sonoma Verde

We have lived in our Highland home since July and it is amazing. Gene was a great sales counselor, he even took time to come by when we moved in to welcome us to the neighborhood and I can’t say enough good things about Dustin. He is a great project manager and cares for his homeowners, he is always on top of anything we need in our new construction.

From the beginning my experience has been great. I was welcomed and shown love every step of the way. Moving to Texas from California is a beautiful thing but there’s so much to learn. I was shown and taken around the community and surrounding areas. I’ve been assisted in knowing all about the schools, restaurants, and shopping in the area. Gene and Maggi was such a blessing being so knowledgeable on everything and answering my questions. When i was sent to the design studio the ladies i worked with did an excellent job at helping me keep to a budget but offering me everything i wanted. Trystan showed up everytime i was in town to walk me through what was taking place with the build of my home. Gene and Trystan are great! Both have been lovely to work with, and the process was well-explained. We just moved into our home, and Trystan came by to help us get our dryer working (a mom emergency lol) even though we know he’s busy building other people’s homes now! Happy with our home, and hoping it stays that way!

It’s difficult to put into words how amazing Gene, his team and Dustin the Project Manager really are! This is my second Highland home. When the decision was made to move I wanted a home as good as my first. My first Highland home had no issues in 24 years. I thought it would be impossible but Highland is even better now than in 2001. Our home is absolutely gorgeous and Gene and Dustin have responded immediately to anything I’ve inquired about. Couldn’t recommend buying a home through Highland with Gene. He truly went above and beyond for us and made the home buying process smooth and exciting. Dustin, project manager insured everything was in excellent shape prior to move in. Gene and Dustin communicated with us every step of the way and we are so happy with the outcome!
