Lakeside Home Inspections

Had Corky with Lakeside Home Inspections come out and do an 11 month inspection on my new build for warranty purposes. He was very thorough and informal and did not hold back what needed to be fixed. Affordable inspection compared to some. Highly recommend

He arrived and finished on time, provided a thorough report with pictures to illustrate all big concerns, and was even kind enough to explain how issues might have come up and what specialists to consult with. I am 100% satisfied with his work and feel confident in my home purchase because of him.

I found Lakeside home inspections through my lender who mentioned his brother had used them personally. I gave Corky a call and was able to get an inspection completed within a few days of my initial call to schedule. I live out of state and it was helpful to review the inspection over a call, having not seen the home in-person myself. Overall Corky was great to work with, responsive, didn't rush me or any of my questions and gave great insight into how to maintain the home I was looking at purchasing. Highly recommended!

Lakeside Home Inspections is amazing! Very easy to schedule and VERY thorough. The report was emailed right away. I appreciate how detailed it was. My house was built in the 40’s, Corky did such a fantastic job going through each part of the home. He even gave me great advice on how to save money when I'm ready to make a few updates. Eco-friendly too! The report itself was full of pictures and detailed explanations and was very easy to read. I highly recommend!

Corky did a great job on my home and helped identify a couple problem areas, he also did an inspection for my ex husband and on that home it turned out to have numerous concerns and allowed him to consider the cost effectiveness of buying that home. Also if you are in Rockwall let Corky take the foundation measurements, it will help tremendously
