Ms Lemos was incredibly supportive and competent throughout the whole selling process. It wasn’t easy considering that I’m the POA and Trustee of my father’s estate and that role was complicated by the fact that I live in Georgia! I don't know how the other realitors that work for this broker are, but I got Vickie and will probably never hire a realitor again. I basically sold my own house. First off she convinced us to use her by telling us she could sell it for way more than the other realitors said. I ended up selling 40000 under what she said she could sell it for. She did nothing to help sell it. I even had to proof read and get her to correct the listing because it was terrible. I negotiated the deal myself. Beware the contract they use is long and has no way out if you are unhappy with the service. I also called Julie the broker and left messages to voice my concern , and my call was never returned. Thousands of dollars in commissions for literally nothing. Unless you find listing a house in an MLS system to

Julie is an excellent choice of realtor. She lists the house and then hires a great photographer to take pictures. she discovers the hidden potentials of the property and then exploits them. Boom, sale is complete and smiles everywhere and the paperwork is all correct. Her experience prevails over others and believe me, we have tried others.

Julie was outstanding, her attention to detail on the legal aspects of selling was amazing.
