Shasta Terrace Apartments

Needs to be torn down, unfortunately. At this point it's infested with roaches and tweakers. I'm sure fentanyl is flowing through there as well. I just moved my elderly friend out of there. She had people taking over her space and stealing from her. $3000+ every month. To the point where she was living in filth and squallor. Someone walked right in and overdosed in her bathtub so I took matters into my own hands. While I was moving the rest of her possessions today, I had another person in the apartment complex approach me and as me for a ride. I declined, stating that I didn't know her and I don't trust just anybody. The apartments has had one place condemned since it has been taken over by the new owners and they have not done anything about investions of roaches and bed bugs since I’ve been here with the surrounding apartments. I believe the whole place should be condemned how many times does the boiler have to go out 1-2 a year mostly during the winter time not the best time to be having it happen, I’d look else where for housing somewhere where the owners care like the old property managers here did cus these new ones don’t they only care bout raising your rent for what not fixing the problem that’s for sure.

Changes managers and owners far too much. Rent keeps going up with little as possible being done. I do love most of my neighbors, but I think we all wish we were somewhere else.

How do you get a hold of the owners if this property not the manager because my heater is broken and they say they wont be able to fix it and it has started becoming winter and i am not going to freeze paying over 900 bucks a month
