0 Star 🚨🚨🚨Tonya was a horrible property manager to me. She is sweet then turns sour as soon as you sign. I was renting a property from her and decided that I wanted to move. I had lived at this property for over five years. I had dealt with a prior property management company that switched over to cornerstone in regards to our rental lease within that five years. I had given my 30 days notice to move out and she ignored me for weeks. I called the office I showed up at the office I sent emails and was ignored when it came to move out. She sent a letter about keeping my full deposit stating issues with the apartment that was from prior to me moving in that was actually documented on my move-in sheet. I was charged for window screens, blinds, nail holes in the walls that were when I moved int

Shout out to Cornerstone Properties and Tonya Jester in particular! Everything went pretty smooth. Great service and attention to details> Tonya made all my concerns disappear and worked out all requests about my next rental. Highly recommended. Not my first rental through them, will continue to work with them in the future

Cornerstone properties are mostly old and malfunctioning. These are the problems I had with them: 1 - House was initially posted for 1400 but after filing application, the raise it up to 1600, very untrusted. 2- When I moved, dryer, stove, sinks, dishwasher, garage door were not working. 3- There are two old trees; their limbs falling every time. Be thoughtful of your kids. 4-fence around the house is broken. It still not fixed after so many attempts requesting for fixing. 5- Tonya, the owner is this agency is responsible person. She play enough with your rental background even something is her fault.

They seems nice and charming in customer service but they are not honest at all. Their rental price change frequently. We lived in their property for about a year and my husband make 14k every month which 7 times more than the house rent but they still illegally put late payment note in a refrence check from a different apartment complex. If you want your background to be damaged come live in there property.

Tonya is charmer but terrible in customer service. She has gave my son-in-law anxiety. He worked as a professional engineer in America in the last 10 years and made thousands of thousands of dollars every month, Even several times more than any apartment rent but this Lady for her own bank problems wrote bad comments in reference check letter from other apartments.
