I would not recommend you do business with this company. They are very unprofessional. The owner Chris Kutzkey-- and another broker employed at the Yreka, CA franchise bullied me, and treated me in a hostile, disrespectful manner multiple times. A few details: First they discriminated against me, and upon understanding that they could potentially get sued because of what they said to me, they offered me the place. Upon the time that I was going to sign the contract, the owner Chris Kutzkey had me sit in her office while her back was turned completely around for and hour and 15 minutes--so disrespectful and weird. (She had 2 desks, she faced the wall to her computer and wrote out the contract while I sat there for and hour and half. (I also waited in the lobby for 15 minutes while she

Holiday party had the real estate agent's office it helped us find our fantastic piece of property. They did a very nice job with all the paperwork, and our agent Jake Vermilyea really understood what we're looking for in ranch property. Highly recommend them!
