Sinclair Flats

I personally would not recommend. I have called this apartment complex 3-4 separate times and they only picked up once. Mind you I have called at different times during the week and different times and left a message and they do not get back to you. And when I asked about having a tour they told me I have to apply for an apartment which I could not find on their site I only found a form to fill out which does not matter because they do not pick up! I could only imagine what getting ahold of them is like for the current tenants! I will be looking into other apartment complexes now because this is ridiculous. Hope you all stay far away!

This place is 100% a disaster that I would recommend staying away from at all cost. I arrived in May to move in with my significant other. We asked about adding me onto the lease, which is pretty common place at most apartment complex complexes. Not this one. They said we couldn’t be added until her lease was up for renewal. I still managed to stay there for about seven months not on the lease, but there were certain inconveniences such as not having an extra set of keys to get in and out of the building. On top of this, when she changed her phone number, she informed the office immediately. It took them about three months to update it in the call box, so whenever we had deliveries or visitors or anything, we had to go downstairs to let them in instead of just letting them in via the call

Management is incredibly rude and unprofessioal. We have a disabled family member whom we're desperately trying to find housing for before winter. We heard about these apartments, and although we heard there was a waiting list, we also heard from our family member's case manager that the list small, as most on it had found housing. I called first and left a message - no response. The outgoing message also stated the office was only open from 9am to Noon. So my husband and I drove from the cities early am to make sure we'd be there while the office was open. You are first greeted with a sign on the management window to "not knock on the glass". Awesome totally awesome! Management is amazing and the apartments get a lot of sunshine which is perfect for my plants! I love love love it!

I been calling unable to talk to anyone cuz it either says closed,call back during open hours or now it says the mailbox isn't set up? My worker put me on the list like about almost 2 years on a waiting list Noone has contacted to tell me anything.. smh it's very frustrating.
