U-Square -- University Square Apartments Mankato

The apartment/complex is great, a little spendy but the construction noise is AWFUL and really loud. Wakes me up every morning at 7am (sometimes earlier when they start before they’re supposed to). The windows/walls in east being so thin doesn’t help either. Edit: While construction noise may not occur any longer, the way the complex handled the process was unacceptable. Before leases for the next year was signed, corporate office held a Q and A panel for residents, where we answered questions about a potential new apartment complex. When we asked them if they were building another complex in mankato for mnsu campus, they specifically told us no, that it was in a different location (not in the city of mankato) and that they were just curious about what students in general looked for in ap

I LOVED living here. I lived here 3 out of my 4 years living off campus. It’s great having everything included and just be able to walk to class every Day. I didn’t have to worry about parking my car or paying for a parking pass. Maintenance here was also great. If I put in a request it was done that day, I never had to wait. Most of all Cathy and Alan are awesome. They are always willing to help with anything they can. Lastly, it is awesome they are dog friendly. I highly recommend this place. I never had an issue with living here!

U-Square is spectacular. The staff is very friendly and you just can’t beat being that close to campus and chipotle. Very clean and affordable! Would definitely recommend!

I LOVED living at USquare! Management is awesome there and maintenance was so timely with everything that I needed! The proximity to campus is perfect for college students! The apartments here are so nice and spacious. Such a positive experience living here and interacting with management! HIGHLY recommend!

I’ve live here for 2 years and I haven’t had a negative experience. Alan and Kathy are amazing and so nice. They’re there to help make renting an apartment easy. The apartments themselves are the perfect distance away from the MSU campus and have a lot of offer as far as other businesses underneath the apartments. They also have everything you need inside the apartment, which is awesome! Highly recommend living here!!
