M2 Lofts

This place is wonderful! The property is INCREDIBLY well taken care of, and it is very secure. The staff are very welcoming and treat you like family. With that, maintenance requests are fulfilled almost always within 12 hours, and the on-site staff members bring extra peace-of-mind. I will forever remember my time in Mankato because of the extraordinary team behind M2 lofts. Thank you all!

The reason I will give one star I did not see it if I see it go visit see it then I will give more star. I just wanna see how it looks like. I saw the picture, but I wanna see real life.

I lived there for over 2 years and I felt the management was the best ever! They really cared about me and they always responded to anything I brought to their attention. The keep the entire building super clean and safe! I bought a home but I miss the carefree living there. I would highly recommend this place to live because you will feel like it's your home!

I really enjoyed living here, the people were friendly and the units were well maintained and quiet. Maintenance was always available should you have any issues. I was however disappointed to receive a $286 Charge for cleaning, scratches on the floor (couch) and apparently cupboard damage which was not noticeable at all to me when inspecting and no pictures were sent to me as evidence, they even completed a walk through with me initially and made no mention of this. I move around a lot for work and my company always hires professional cleaners when moving. I have lived in 3 other apartments similar to this one without issue. If you are renting here you should be aware that you will be charged from your deposit if your apartment is anything less than pristine condition when you turn it

The gorgeous design and modern style keeps the atmosphere refreshing. Insulation is very well done from suite to suite! Landlords and management are very quick to respond to any problems that I've had so far. Residents and staff alike are very courteous and professional. Community events are a good place for socializing with your other residents while enjoying some delicious food!
