Simply Southern Rentals of NC

I stayed at Lady Day in Surf City for my birthday weekend and it was simply amazing. The space was clean and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. The balcony off from the bedroom and the dining area was a peaceful serene space to set with a cup of coffee while reading a book, journaling or just meditating. The beach is within walking distance. The people in the area were very nice. I would recommend this space for anyone that would like a quite relaxing vacation. I would caution, being this is a townhouse there are stairs you have to climb. I enjoy my stay and will return within a couple of months. Exceptional 9/10.

This place checked all the boxes! We had a long list of “requirements” and we found them all in this location. The views, the decor, the elevator (but even the stairs were easily accessible),super clean, the pool… and there were extras like great communication, comfortable beds, well stocked with equipment needed to enjoy every minute. Conveniently located…we will be back!!!!

Location of the town home was so convenient. Loved the feel and comfy ness of the place. Wished the kitchen was more equipped and the stairs a little less steep for my 66 year old mom(and maybe my own knees), other than that absolutely no complaints at all!

Booked an Airbnb managed by this company. The management texted me outside of the Airbnb platform asking me to sign a rental agreement. I declined and asked for a refund. They would only return $40 of the $700 and I had to contact Airbnb support to enforce the policy (renters are allowed 48 hours to decline signing an outside rental agreement). Should have been handled better. Very disappointing and a huge waste of everyone’s time. Beware.

This home right outside Asheville is beautiful Farmhouse. Renovated perfectly that maintains the old farmhouse charm. Property is gorgeous, we loved our mornings and evening and stayed in for dinner most nights due to enjoying the property. Well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds.
