While recently visiting Wrightsville Beach, I had the opportunity to visit a new home built by Richard Wallace Builders. Building a house on the beach requires a serious amount of resilience and style, and this very cool home had both. While on site, I spoke with Greg Wallace and his knowledge of their product was impressive, but not overzealous. No pressure to buy. The house sold itself. Absolutely gorgeous!!!

We moved into our new home that Richard and Greg built for us in February of this year. He is very honest and seeks to build the very best home he can build for you.
