Wow what a great trip. My daughter vacations and stays with salt water real estate every year and this year she took me. It was a great trip. Dale found her a place with an entire mother in law suite so I didn’t have to do the steps. It was so clean and beautiful. The area is great. The beach is great. And I had a great time. Thank you Dale for always taking care of my daughter and giving me a great vacation this year.

We had the pleasure to stay in one of their condos on Pleasure Island in Carolina Beach. Easy check-in and check-out. There were a couple of issues that were promptly addressed, which was so appreciated. We had a wonderful 7 day vacay. The beach access was down the street and the pool was wonderful. We sat on the balcony and enjoyed the partial ocean view. I don't recommend this unit for those with mobility challenges since there are 3 flights. Dale was wonderful to work with. Looking forward to visiting with Salt Water again!

We had a wonderful stay at the “Lemon Drop” house hosted by Dale! He was wonderful to work with. We were lucky enough to get a 3-hour early check-in, which we truly appreciated as we arrived early and wanted to drop off our things and enjoy the beach. The house was immaculate. It was perfect for our family of 6 and our two pooches. The house had everything we needed. It was a perfect beach vacation! Thank you!!

My significant other and I have had nothing but the best experience here at one of their properties! Dale specifically, made everything easy and communicated thoroughly throughout our entire stay. Another bonus is being only a short walk away from the beach! From sunrises to sunsets, it’s all around very beautiful, and the property is clean. I would highly recommend Salt Water Real Estate to anyone visiting the area!

We had such a great experience with renting our condo in Carolina Beach through Salt Water Real Estate. They were very attentive and quick to respond to any and all questions. Their property was well maintained with all the amenities of home. Would highly recommend Salt Water Real Estate and staying in Carolina/Kure Beach. We had such a great view of the beach and a huge deck to enjoy the gorgeous weather. Can’t wait to return and rent with them again!! Thanks
