Do expect delays! Even Fairy Tales don't always go smoothly. Bass Built Homes was extremely user-friendly from beginning to end with our renovation project! Regardless of the fact that it took longer than we initially anticipated, we went into it unaware and uneducated as to what was truly involved in renovating a house. There are many moving parts to the process so BE PATIENT! We were informed up front of the possibility of delays. I spent quite a bit of time interviewing different contractors to replace an old deck with a much larger expanded one on my beachfront house in Kure Beach. I especially like working with contractors that deliver on the promises they make when quoting a project. It was apparent from the beginning that Bryant (for Bass Built) is a professional, takes pride in the quality of his work and cares about customer satisfaction.
