We hired Eric and Josh from Simplcity Real Estate to look for a rental in NWA and have it managed. Eric did a fantasitic job in finding us a rental. Being a remote investor, Eric send us videos of the home tours and was always in touch with us. Next come Josh who manages the new rental Eric has found for us. Josh was quick in taking beautiful pictures of the home and rented it out really quickly. He arranged all the necessary repairs that are needed such as painting, curtain replacement, cleaning, etc. that are needed before tenants move in and will even send you a tax form to file your tax at the end of the year.
