Silverleaf by Neal Communities

We bought a new built Neal home in the Silverleaf Community in Parrish, FL. We love our home! This builder really knows how to build a quality home. We built a Victory model which consist of a 3 bedroom/2 full baths with a den. It comes with lots of extras which were part of the standard home package. We included some upgrades to make it our perfect retirement home. Everyone involved with the building of this home from the Developer, Project Manager, Building Foreman, Construction Crew, Community and Neal Management & Financial staff were excellent! They really made our home buying experience easy and pleasant. Silverleaf is also a gated community that is secure, clean and well maintained. I would highly recommend this builder and community!!

Nice beginning of a community. Plenty of choices in home styles and prices The houses are well built Edit We've been here a year now and could not be happier. House is well built with no problems easy on utilities. . Club house is kept up with new equipment. There are comments about small lots but we have plenty of privacy so I also have the benefits of less ground to care for. The more I see other communities the more I appreciate being here

We just moved into our new home and absolutely love it. We experienced some significant delays, which is pretty much the norm right now, and went through 3 builders by the time it was all done. Our final builder, Gabe, was awesome! He kept us up to date on everything and advocated for us when needed. He was friendly and professional and went above and beyond to make sure we had a good experience.

Homes are beautiful! However, a sales team makes a huge difference! We are actively looking for a home. We were so excited to look at homes here.However, when we finished looking at the homes we felt like we were interrupting and did not at least tell us the price of the model we were interested in. By the way there were no other clients and two salesmen. Instead, we had to do the research on our own. We will be looking elsewhere.

Beautiful landscape, huge pool and spa. Great gym. Unfortunately, they are adding way too many houses to the neighborhood and they will not be adding another recreation center. So pretty much 1000s of people have to share one pool and one gym. The HOA is also pretty ridiculous with the rules of what you can and can't do with YOUR house. I was asked to take my bird feeder out of my front yard for some reason when it was just in my bushes. In addition in front of the cottages there is parking, because our driveway and garage is extremely small, we are not allowed to park in those parking spaces and we will get towed if we park in front of our house over night, so if you ever have company they have to park over by the recreation center and then walk to your house.
