It used to be a good place to live. But now with the new owner nothing can be fix (out of money) the fences are broken because of the win but the answer is No we can not fix it. There were changing the deck and now there is a deck that is not finish. So overall we are going from really good to bad really fast
They never answer the phone to get new tenants.
