Lindley Park LLC (Formerly Yellow Creek Estates Mobile Home)

It's just that. Okay. It's a place to move a trailer to. That's about it. It's pretty flat and unflattering. But lots of people live there. They charge way too much money for a space and like almost everyone else around here they just wait for you to not pay your lot rent and try to size your home. I wouldn't live there.

If you think a piece of land that you will never own and is about 40×80 feet is worth 500 dollars a month. This is your place.

Grew up here, great neighborhood lots of space in between houses. Soccer field and basketball hoops for the kids. Just out of town so it's quiet. Great place to raise kids.

This is a mobile home park that also accommodates to campers. We stayed here in 2010 for a few months. The lots are really large. Nothing fancy, just a grassy lots. Roads & parking spot are paced. No laundry services but there is a nice one just a few miles away. We found monthly wifi available through local provider. Rent was reasonable & during the winter months it was nice to have a place to park that had full hookup (water & sewer) sites available. Owners were nice & we found the park overall nice.

Very flexible and I like the new staff they are nice people and good neibors!
