Bear River Apartments

I do not recommend it at all. I was there for 6 months and everything was fine. Stephanie, the person in charge at the office of those apartments, behaves very well at first, but it is only appearance. When you rent the room she tells you that you have to return it very clean as she gave it to you. I returned it equally or cleaner and she did not want to give me my deposit. She made up that she had things to replace. But I am sure that I did not do it since I always liked to be careful. What she did to me is not fair. That is why I do not recommend this place to live. Stephanie is not what she seems.

I have lived here 4+ years and i am happy to call this my home! Stephanie, the manager, is awesome, knowledgeable, and very helpful! The maintenance guys go out of their way to make sure things not only get fixed, but improved! I think of the management team as my good friends, because they are! Over the course of the past 2-3 years many improvements have been made with landscaping and stairs. a gym, the mail room, and currently they are reconstructing the laundry room! The rent is reasonable and the amenities make life more pleasant and comfortable! The tenants that I have met and know are friendly, helpful, and for the most part, are very good neighbors. I feel safe here and I know the management team would check on me if they didn't see me around for a couple days!

I had a good experience staying at Bear River apartments. The apartment manager Stephanie was always available and willing to assist me if I have any concerns. The maintenance guys were always on time to get things done. I also felt safe staying there. Highly recommended for long time travelers.

Stephanie the property manager is amazing, always attentive to the tenants needs, very personable and helpful all the time, took time to vastly improve the residence outside and inside the units! She has created an very livable environment at the Bear River apartments, 10/10 would recommend

When I arrived to ask about an apartment, I was greeted by an unpleasant and rude person, outside the office, who instructed me to fill out an online application. Even though it was only 11 am on a Tuesday, they didn’t seem in any hurry to assist me in person. This kind of behavior is not acceptable when looking for affordable housing. The staff's unprofessionalism and unhelpful attitude means that upper management needs to act. After that interaction, I chose NOT to apply.
