The ONLY good thing about this place is the maintenance guy, Travis. If it were not for Travis this place would be a slum! He handles everything and is so cheery!! When the car port flew off its posts and landed on the other car port... Travis and his guys had it cleaned up in like a day! Awesome work! Apartments strongly need his TLC!
Best cozy affordable apartments in town!! With the most beautiful view!!!
We cleaned the hell out of this place. The carpet was garbage when we moved in..should have been replaced before we moved in. When we left we cleaned under all appliances, every corner...worked our butts off...when it came time to get our deposit..they deducted $175 for carpet cleaning...for carpet that has needed replaced since before we lived there....they are hacks and crooks....think twice before living there.
The furnished apartments are fully fitted and more. Comfortable, clean and tidy. Highly recommended
Maintenance nightmare. I feel bad for the folks who live there
