Silver Palms

The Silver Palms Apartments are Wonderful! It’s a quiet community with lots of amenities and close proximity to the police department, which I think is a plus. I also love my apartment because it faces the swimming pool and the property itself is kept clean. There’s no trash anywhere or any lawns that are not cut; what can I say? I love living here and look forward to continue residency.

The Marijuana stench is out of control.. They stench of the sour water. It's not spring , can't open the door here. Pipe line broken. Anthony would of fixed it Fired him please. Ps the pots outside of my window, talk to lady upstairs. Using your sausage broken sprinkles outside of my window. Trying to enjoy fresh air, not here. While your charging me over three hundred over your new prices. Can I open my windows please. No note Donna

I honestly love living here. It's safe for me and my family. Everyone is so kind, neighbors and office staff. Maintenance is the best apartment maintenance team I have ever seen or heard of. They do a great job and always handle the situation quickly if one arises. I have some neighbor that say they don't think they will ever move. It's so clean and quiet, I'm truly so happy here.

I had a great experience living at Silver Palms Apartments. I want to especially thank the amazing staff who made my stay comfortable and enjoyable. Alison was always kind and professional — she made the whole leasing process smooth and stress-free. Big shoutout to Antony from maintenance — he always showed up quickly and solved any issue right away. Super reliable and efficient! And a special thanks to Candice Spence for her outstanding professionalism and genuine willingness to help. She truly goes above and beyond for the residents. I recently moved to Chicago, but I’ll definitely stop by and say hello when I’m back in town. — Ivan Zyrianov
