Silver Oak Apartments

This complex literally TRAUMATIZED me -from the worst infestation of roaches, to the janky managers, to the "creative financing practices" of property management. No joke- this place I'm still having nightmares about. I can't stress this enough.....RUN! and for 4 years I reached out to your team for help- now a judge is gonna do it

Silver Oak Apts. are great!!! The landscape is beautifully kept up! workers were very kind and helpful, I recommend renting an apartment and enjoy sitting by the pool. Great atmosphere !

I pay $2300 a month to live here and this is what I’m paying for??? I never know before I use a machine if it is gonna work or not. Today I walked in to the laundry room seeing the machines falling apart(shown in images). Half of the machines in the laundry room don’t even work and they never put a sign when it is out of order, so I am constantly wasting my money all the time and they make it difficult to get that money back because it is some third party company(why the hassle???). This apartment complex is a waste of my money quite honestly in many different ways not just the overpriced rent. UPDATE I emailed the phony email they give you and I got an error message saying it’s blocked. This place is truly a joke and I honestly regret moving here. Don’t do it. They will waste your time a

We moved in 2 years ago. This place is nice, quiet, nice neighbors and staff. Laundry room/ patio recently renovated and it’s a really nice area to hang out and grill. Frank, our maintenance/handyman, is super friendly. He’s a really hard worker and always so welcoming, helpful and caring. We have had many issues with our apartment but he is always there to fix any issue we have!

I have to personally say - I love my apartments. Months ago, I called with interest on this property as I was moving from Northern California. I got in contact with Laura, she is the business manager at the leasing office and she has helped me prior to moving in, leading up to my move in date, she has also help me since I have been in my unit. She has been so helpful, so amazing though-out my journey to relocate to Southern California. Anytime I call the office, she is more than helpful, shares information about the property and the amenities that are open to the tenets. She is very responsive to any calls, questions, and emails. Frank the property maintance manager, is so sweet, kind and helpful. If I have ever needed a work order, Laura jots it down and within 24 hours Frank is at my uni
