Larry was very thorough and did a fantastic job inspecting my home. I am now able to make the repairs needed because he put it on the report. He also took pictures showing the issues which was also very helpful!

An OK inspector, not bad, not great, best described as mediocre. I had opportunity to review a report that this inspection service did on a property I sold. None of what I write here speaks to personality, accessibility, or relevant to direct communication with the inspector. My review is based solely on the work product, some of which is legitimate, some petty and some just wrong. In the wrong category, inspection report stated my plumbing supply lines were copper when in fact they were PEX. In the summary of the report it was noted that smoke and CO detectors were need throughout however in the body it noted that the newly installed combination smoke and CO detectors were present. The report noted that the water heater was at end of life. In reality there were two, one of which was 2 mon

Larry did a great job on our home inspection. He was a few minutes early to the property and had asked us to do a quick walk around to see if we had any questions. Larry then did a very thorough inspection of the property, basement, main house, the rental above the garage and the crawlspace. Larry took about 2.5 hours to complete his inspection and filled us in on any potential repairs that he came across. I would highly recommend Larry for the quality of work he preformed and the value of the package that he offered. We received the full report a few hours later, 10/10 would use again. Thanks Larry!
