Sierra Ridge

Unfortunately, our experience has been disappointing. We had equipment stolen from the apartment garage area, and the police were unable to do much because there are no security cameras anywhere around the property. I want to share this so future residents are aware. If you plan to store anything valuable in the garages or common areas, please understand that it is at your own risk. The lack of cameras makes it very difficult to recover stolen items or hold anyone accountable. The apartments themselves are decent, but the security situation is a serious concern and something management should address to better protect residents.

I’ve been staying at Sierra Ridge for nearly 3 months now, and while the overall layout and space of the apartment are great, I’ve had a major issue that still hasn’t been resolved. The units themselves are very spacious, well-designed, and comfortable. It’s also in a solid location not far from shopping, food, or anything essential, which makes day-to-day life convenient. On paper, this should be an easy 4 or 5-star review. But here’s the issue: For the past 2 months, I’ve had a partial power outage in my apartment, affecting specific areas that I use daily. I’ve submitted multiple work orders, and I’ve even personally spoken with Mrs. Barbara several times. I want to give her full credit, she’s been professional, kind, and consistently helpful. Horrible, we've dealt with a neighbor who has been intentionally and deliberate in being disruptive. Loud music, excessive noise, deliberate stomping all hours of the night. We've contacted property management, law enforcement, and AVE 5 corporate. We've submitted video evidence to support these claims and nothing has been done. Seems like if it's not happening to them, it's not their problem. If you're looking for a place to live, my advice is to KEEP LOOKING.

I have some friends moving from out of state and I have been trying to find them a clean and well kept apartment. I stopped by Sierra Ridge to check it out. The ladies in the office were wonderful during my tour and answered all of my many questions. I absolutely loved it. The apartments are spacious and very well kept. I love the fact that they have a gym right on the premises with 24 hour access. I will definitely recommend them to my friends.
