Dickinson Meadows Apartments

We've lived here since last year and really love it, zero complaints. The apartment is super spacious and well maintained. We've rarely ever heard a peep from our neighbors, the building is quiet. The community is family friendly. Maintenance issues are fixed super fast. Amber and Ron are awesome. It feels like a home here. Not just an apartment.

I lived at Dickinson Meadows for 1 year and it ended up being a great decision. The staff for Dickinson Meadows is 5 star quality and make this property. Amber, the property manager, is extremely responsive, kind, helpful, and professional. In my 9 years of renting, I haven't had a better Property Manager. The assistant manager or leasing professional (I can't remember her title) is helpful, kind, and responsive to requests as well. The maintenance staff is quick to fix all maintenance issues. They both are nice, helpful, kind, and hardworking. It rarely took longer than 24 hrs to respond to an maintenance request. We rented a 2BR 2.5BA and the only issue with the apartment I had was the interior design, but it seemed to be a problem with most apartments I visited in Dickinson. The

We love living here at Dickinson Meadows! The staff are all extremely professional and attentive to needs. If we ever have a problem with the unit (which is hardly ever), the issue is addressed right away. The maintenance man is so wonderful and kind. Always explains his process and it courteous. The manager of the property is very fair and accommodating to requests. The straight forward attitude is much appreciated especially when the place we moved from was such a nightmare and full of loopholes and surprises everywhere you turned. I would always recommend someone to rent from a Greystar managed property because they are knowledgeable, understanding, and professional. Great management. We lived here about or five years ago and loved it. We recently moved back in and it is still a great place to live. Very kid friendly. The townhomes form a big square with the office in the center and a playground. Many parents just watch their kids from their kitchen window or living room window, or their patio because you can get one facing in. Sometimes it can be irritating when parents don't watch their kids as much as they should. I have had many run out in front of my car. There is a sidewalk and lots of trashcans and bags for picking up after your pets. Pricing is more than an apartment but you're paying for a townhome and for great management that actually fixes things when they're broken.

I was lodged here for contract work. The company was supposed to furnish the apartment. They didn't. I didn't even have a mattress or toilet paper when I got there!
