Falcon & Mallard Heights

Cyndy Hood and the staff at Mallard/Falcon Heights, are nothing short of remarkable! I am a field worker and I had to return to work on very short notice. I needed a furnished apartment like yesterday!! Cyndy and the staff went to work and went above and beyond to get me settled quickly. The properties are beautiful and scenic. The neighborhood seems very well-behaved and quiet. I feel right at home! Thanks Cyndy not just for being an excellent property manager but a very caring person! I highly recommend!!!

We have lived here since July 2019. Nice place. Usually quiet. They take care of the grounds year round. Good pet areas. The property manager is great, she answers questions quickly. Flexible and will work with you as long as she can.

Those apartments definitely are a nice place to live, quiet and comfy. Good pet areas. Fitness center is pretty decent and The property manager is awesome and super helpful She always tries to work with you as long as she can.

Cyndy is a wonderful property manager and one of the friendliest people there is. Thank you for making my move in/out and living easy and enjoyable.

Cindy was a pleasure to speak with but then something changed and I had to deal with lakelyn(?) and it was all downhill from there. This person thinks using emoji’s in an email when discussing business is acceptable, not sure who trained this arrogant person but they failed. I had to change options and go elsewhere just because of her snarky attitude with excessive emoji use, absolutely hilarious someone like this is qualified to conduct business for a company. Found a much better place elsewhere! Dont be afraid to look around
