We had the opportunity to work with Diana Zietz of Continental Real Estate on the purchase of our new home. Once we had the must haves figured out, Diana led us through tour after tour trying to find the perfect match for me and my family. What an absolute blessing to have such a caring and loving realtor help out with the family. Right through to the closing and beyond, Diana put in extra time, plenty of over time hours, and showed an extreme commitment to making things right for us. Couldn't be more pleased with how well she knew the area, and the way she listened to our needs. Thank you will never be enough, and I'll highly recommend her to others as I have the opportunity.

Mike Schwab was fantastic in helping us look at houses far from where lived. We drove 3.5 hours look at houses and he drove more than an hour to meet us for an appointment with him. My son and his lovely wife are still in the process but Mike was not only able to arrange for us to look at houses on a holiday weekend but was able to make some last minute arrangements to look at a house we drove by that was just listed by another agency. I highly recommend Mike if you want great service.

Have been a tenant on 6th ave w for a year now and still love my apt...from the new rental process to current tenancy it has been a smooth process with an easy to use rental portal pay website. The property is well taken care of...

I was searching real estate listings and saw an old, small, plain house sitting very close to a dirt road. I searched the address and it was in a remote rural location north of South Heart. All these factors would explain the low price. It wasn't until I read the real estate listing for the fourth time that I saw "house has to be moved". This was very deceptive, it was Not Real Estate, but listing ad was set up with property tax records for this address, like it was real estate. How far were they going to take this, I couldn't tell and had no reason to believe it was for a house that had to be moved. Deceptive and misleading.
