Siena Ridge Apartments

Two years ago, my son was making the move to Verona to work at Epic. We wanted to find an apartment close to work. Being from Florida, we knew nothing about the area and even less about traveling in the snow. We went on apartments.com and started reading reviews. Siena Ridge had great reviews but we were astounded by the reviews that the property manager was getting. Everyone said Haley was the BEST! We felt that management has everything to do with a good experience and we were right! Not only did he love living at Siena Ridge, but Haley was a wonderful resource. His apartment was really well maintained and it came with garage parking. Also, he loved feeling like he lived in a neighborhood as opposed to an apartment complex. Just moved out of Siena Ridge Apartments after 2+ years. It is a smaller quiet apartment complex (also has some townhouses) in a nice neighborhood near a city park, close to Epic, close to Reddan Soccer Park. Hayley, the property manager, is great to work with and as others have said gets to know you as a resident. Apartments are well maintained, underground parking stall and storage closet in garage included with most units. Also a great place for guests to visit you as you can almost always get a parking spot in the exterior parking and don’t need a parking pass to do so. Also it is a very pet friendly complex, always see dogs coming and going and even occasionally spot a kitty sunbathing by the patio windows. The property manager, Hayley, was amazing our two years living at Siena Ridge; she is responsive and pleasant. We even made some marks on the walls while moving in a couch and she didn’t charge us when maintenance fixed them. The townhomes are super homey. We (and our dog) loved the fireplace. The pool is awesome and never busy. I would 100% recommend this apartment complex to anyone, families with kids, DINKS, or single people. Very pet-friendly and quiet.

My husband and I had a great experience living at Siena Ridge!! We signed the apartment before touring it, due to living out-of-state beforehand, and were thoroughly impressed when we moved in. Not only are the apartments spacious, everything is clean, well kept, and had nice amenities (massage chair, small gym, underground parking with storage space). We really enjoyed working with Hayley, as she was very responsive to any needs that arose and is overall such a friendly, welcoming person! We're so thankful we found Siena Ridge before moving into our first home. We highly recommend!

Lived at a Siena Ridge apartment for ~1.5 years. The common areas (gym, party room, office space, hallways, garage) were always well maintained, any service requests I fill out were quickly responded to, and the property manager was very accommodating when I needed to leave in the middle of my lease, even finding a new lessee for me. Overall a great place to live!
