Prairie Crest Apartments

I lived at Prairie Crest Apartments approximately 5 years ago, but moved to Middleton for a change. I missed Verona, and really enjoyed my loft when I lived here before, so I called to see what was available. Since meeting and working with Ian, he has been nothing but professional and I can tell how much he loves this property. Ian is an excellent communicator who takes his time to thoroughly understand his renters needs and preferences. He is incredibly knowledgeable about the apartments and amenities at Prairie Crest, and the maintenance crew has been amazing as well! Anytime I've needed anything repaired, they've always gotten it done in a timely manner and are always friendly. Isaac is a very hard worker and keeps the Prairie Crest grounds clean and appealing. I highly recommend

Be warned that you will not recover all or a significant amount of your security deposit from Prairie Crest apartments - Regency Property Management. I leased this apartment and only stayed here part-time which I estimate that equates to 1/3rd of the year. I tried to sublet this unit with management approval, however the interested parties were met with a impossible front office that required document after document after document and drag there feet. I can only assume this was done on purpose. As far as the security deposit, was absolutely unreasonable. I'm an extremely clean person and we did our due diligence in cleaning and getting the apartment ready for new tenants. What they describe in the details explanation is nearly impossible to prove. I lived in this complex for 3 years and I've never had the same problems a lot of people seem to have had with management. I always found the manager to be responsive and maintenance to be fast. The unit itself is a bit on the older side as far as fixtures are concerned, but I loved my loft when I lived here. Walls are a little but thin, but it's apartment living and I've come to expect a little noise, generally it wasn't an issue. My only big issue when I lived here was the fact it allowed smoking in the units and mine would stink of smoke. However as of this year I saw they're going smoke free in the units. Given the location I found the one bedroom loft to be an excellent value, also the pet rent was fairly reasonable. When I moved out I got about 80% of my deposit back, which I was ok

I showed up super early for my apartment tour and Isaac was doing yard maintenance and offered to show me the place if i didn’t want to wait! he did an excellent job especially after being put on the spot like that, and really knew his stuff! he was so kind and welcoming. Ian, the grounds manager met up with us as soon as he could and again was so polite and kind. i’ve been touring apartments non stop this week and this place was by far my favorite. beautiful grounds, very well kept units, and the most friendly staff. 10/10 recommend.

I just moved in to my studio apartment. After needing to move unexpectedly, I called Prairie Crest. I had called 4 months earlier in anticipation of needing to move but I didnt end up needing to. The property manager Ian remembered me and was more than willing to help and get me in! I got the lease within a week of applying and was shown the apartment before it was cleaned and loved it. Ian even came over to fix my door because the lock wasn't working properly and said it'll be replaced just for assurance. After spending my first night here, I'm really happy about how quiet and peaceful it is. I'm excited to be here and highly recommend this place. Ian truly made the application process a breeze 🫶
