Legacy provides that through the beloved superstar landlord, Judy. Judy is by far one of the kindest and most efficient landlords I've ever worked with. She puts time and care into community events and into the living community, making it a beautiful place with modern amenities, fresh flowers, pet cleanup enforcement, and more. She does all of this with grace and a huge smile, and is so responsive to new ideas and getting things done. If you want to live in the madison area, I HIGHLY recommend living here at the Legacy apartments. Judy is the property manager ans she is the sweetest, most wonderful landlord and so helpful and resourceful. She has made every step of our rental process so much less stressful and we could not be more grateful. The apartments are thoroughly cleaned before move in, the place is in wonderful shape, maintenance is great, amenities are always in top shape and Judy continuously works to add more for everyone to enjoy. She recently added a book club, game night, and book exchange in addition to her homemade cooking/baking sometimes near holidays and sometimes just because she is the best! I'd like to recommend Legacy Apartment to everyone! I'm working at UW-Madison and often work from home. Our neighborhood is so quiet and really enjoyable for me to work in my unit. The environment here is beautiful and peaceful. We have a free gym, pool, coffee, and printing service, and even one complimentary underground parking spot for each unit. I'm so satisfied with living here. The other reason I chose to live here is the property manager, Judy. She is so supportive, efficient, and warm-hearted. We moved here during the holiday. Judy set up everything for us and made the move-in process really simple and efficient. We always feel that she is very responsible for the community and wants every tenant to live here happily. The maintenance staff, Carols, is also friendly and efficient.

I'd like to share my experience living at Legacy! I have lived here for about 4 years and the thought of eventually leaving one day saddens me. First, I'd like to say that Judy is what makes the Legacy apartments so special. She truly leads with empathy and has curated an environment that is warm, welcoming and intentional. I have lived at Legacy apartments alone with my dog for nearly 7 years, and have been incredibly pleased with my long stay. I have a lot of good things to say about Legacy: First, the amenities: Legacy provides a considerable amount of green space, more than most other properties in the area. Within the green space are grilling areas and patios, so there's plenty of opportunity to enjoy time outside. On that note, there is a pool area that is always kept clean and usually pretty lively during the summer months. I frequently took advantage of the gym, which is comprised of two rooms, one that focuses on cardio and weight lifting, and one focused on stretching and calisthenics.
